You get 30 one-on-one Zoom sessions baked into your flat-fee degree plan—scheduled around your shifts, childcare, and real life—so you always have an expert in the room with you, not just on call.
What the 30 sessions actually do
Personalized degree map (Session 1–2): We translate your target graduation date into a backwards plan—milestones, weekly throughput goals, and a pacing calendar that fits your work/family constraints.
Skills & gaps audit: A quick diagnostic identifies where you’re strong and where you’ll need scaffolding (writing, math, research, study systems). Your plan adjusts to front-load support where it matters.
Guided content sprints (core of the package): Each session is a working meeting, not a lecture. Your coach previews material, models the thinking, co-works sample problems, and leaves you with a clear “do-next” list so you never stall between meetings.
Assessment prep & feedback loops: Before any major assessment, we do live practice and debriefs. After, you get targeted feedback and a mini-lesson on the exact errors—so you pass faster and retain more.
Accountability + executive-function support: We set deadlines together, track them in a shared tracker, and troubleshoot real-world interruptions (overtime shifts, sick kids, travel) without losing momentum.
Buffer & catch-up: A few sessions are reserved as “flex” slots—used for extra coaching before a tough module, or to re-accelerate if life throws you off schedule.
